Android, iOS, and Web App Paths
Our waropen platform is available via three routes on mobile. Android users download an APK directly from our site (not from Google Play Store, as we operate only where local law permits). iOS users open waropen in Safari, Chrome, or Firefox on iPhone or iPad — no app-store installation needed. Both routes access the same account and games. Web-app users on any device add waropen to their home screen for a native-like experience with offline caching and push notifications.
We recommend Android APK installation for the fastest, most reliable mobile experience. The APK includes offline slot caching, so you can play Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, or Gates of Olympus even if your connection drops briefly. iOS browser access is simpler (no installation) but lacks offline cache. The web app e-walletdges both — it works on any phone and syncs your data in real time.

Android APK vs. iOS Browser vs. Web App
The Android APK is the most feature-rich option. It caches slot game assets locally, so Aviator and Mahjong Ways load instantly even on slow networks. Push notifications alert you to live-football kickoffs, settlement confirmations, and withdrawal approvals within our standard review window. The APK also supports biometric login (fingerprint or face) for faster account access. Unlike the App Store, which blocks gaming apps in many regions, our APK installs directly — but you must enable "Unknown sources" in Android security settings first.
iOS browser access via Safari or Chrome is simpler — no installation, no permission requests. However, iOS's app restrictions mean no offline cache and no home-screen badge notifications. Your session persists, so you remain logged in across browser tabs. If you add waropen to your iOS home screen, it opens in a simplified window without the browser address bar, making it feel app-like. However, iOS still does not allow push notifications for web apps.
The web app on any device (Android or iOS) balances features and simplicity. It supports offline caching (less robust than the APK), responsive design on all screen sizes, and — on Android devices — push notifications if you grant permission. The web app syncs your account in real time, so a deposit made on web updates instantly on the APK, and vice versa. Choose web app if you switch between devices or prefer not to install software.
All three routes access the same waropen account and games.
Switch between Android, iOS, and web anytime. Your balance, deposit history, and live-bet slip sync instantly across platforms. No separate login or data duplication.
Device Compatibility and Requirements
waropen's Android APK runs on Android 7.0 and later (most phones from 2016 onward). The app requires roughly 50 MB of free storage for the base installation; offline slot cache adds another 100-150 MB over time. We recommend at least 2 GB of RAM for smooth gameplay. iOS users need iPhone or iPad running iOS 12 or later (which covers all devices from iPhone 6S and iPad Air 2 onward). Web-app access works on any device with a modern browser (Safari 13+, Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+).
waropen is optimized for screens 4.5 inches or larger. Older or very small phones may render text smaller or require more scrolling. Data usage varies: a typical betting session uses 2-5 MB, while live-dealer streams consume 50-100 MB per hour depending on video quality. If you have limited mobile data, turn off video in live-dealer settings or use WiFi for streaming. Push notifications consume negligible bandwidth — roughly 1 KB per alert.
Common Installation Issues on waropen
Android users sometimes see a "Cannot install unknown application" error when opening the APK file. This occurs because Google Play Protect or your device's security settings block installations from outside the Play Store. To fix it, open Android Settings → Apps and notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then select your file manager or browser and toggle "Allow installation of apps from this source." After that, tap the APK again and it will install. If you still see errors, try downloading the APK again — the file may be incomplete.
iOS users occasionally report that the web app appears zoomed-in or text is tiny. This usually happens on older devices with limited RAM. Close other browser tabs, close and reopen Safari, then try waropen again. If the issue persists, try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox) — sometimes Safari's cache needs clearing. To clear Safari cache on iOS, go to Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data. iOS may also ask for location permission; waropen does not use your location, so you can safely deny it.
Data, Permissions, and waropen Account Security
Our waropen Android APK requests permissions for internet access, camera (for ID verification photos during KYC), storage (for offline caching), and notifications. The iOS web app requests only internet access and optional location (which we do not use). We do not sell or share your mobile permissions data with third parties. Your camera photos are encrypted and deleted after our verification team reviews them within our standard KYC window. Offline slot cache is stored only on your device; it contains no personal data, only game assets.
All waropen traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher, whether you use the Android APK, iOS browser, or web app. Your login credentials, deposit confirmation codes (via local payment or online payment Virtual Account), and withdrawal requests are protected end-to-end. We do not store passwords in plain text. If you forget your password, we send a recovery link to your registered email; you set a new password by clicking the link. We do not have a "reset to default" function — only you can change your password, even with support assistance.
Push notifications on Android (APK and web app) include account alerts such as "Withdrawal approved: Rp [amount] to [bank] — completed in 2 hours," but they never include sensitive data like passwords or OTP codes. Your notification history is stored on your device only; we keep no record of notification content on our servers. You can disable notifications anytime in app settings without affecting gameplay or account security.
